[brew] Error: homebrew-core is a shallow clone.

症状

% brew update
Error: homebrew-core is a shallow clone. To `brew update` first run:
  git -C "/usr/local/Homebrew/Library/Taps/homebrew/homebrew-core" fetch --unshallow
This restriction has been made on GitHub's request because updating shallow
clones is an extremely expensive operation due to the tree layout and traffic of
Homebrew/homebrew-core. We don't do this for you automatically to avoid
repeatedly performing an expensive unshallow operation in CI systems (which
should instead be fixed to not use shallow clones). Sorry for the inconvenience!

[brew] xcrun error

症状

macOSのバージョンアップや環境構築直後に"xcrun"が見つからない(missing)エラーが発生する。

$ brew upgrade
==> Upgrading 1 outdated package:
ruby-build 20191002 -> 20191004
==> Upgrading ruby-build
xcrun: error: invalid active developer path (/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools), missing xcrun at: /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/xcrun
Error: An exception occurred within a child process:
  CompilerSelectionError: ruby-build cannot be built with any available compilers.
Install GNU's GCC:
  brew install gcc

$ brew upgrade

==> Upgrading 1 outdated package:

ruby-build 20191002 -> 20191004

==> Upgrading ruby-build
